Secretaries may go to SERVICE ENTRIES to add and modify the entries.
To simply search the database for REPAIR use Repair SEARCH ONLY.
Repair personnel may go to REPAIR ENTRIES to add and modify the entries.
To make modifications to the SERVICE database, or add and delete entries, use SERVICE.
To make modifications to the REPAIR database, or add and delete entries, use REPAIR.
To make modifications the the MEDIA CATALOG database, or add or delete entries, use MEDIA.
